Association

Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club is part of the Heritage Hunt Homeowners’ Association, Inc. and includes a Master Association and two sub-associations that service single family homes, two condominium complexes and a community owned golf course among other amenities.

Master HOA Assessments include: 

  • Triple Play Package with Comcast (TV, Internet, Phone) *Optional Services (DVR, premium channels, additional equipment, etc.) extra fees with individual unit residents*
  • Snow Removal of common area roadways and parking lots (not driveways or private property sidewalks)
  • Common Area Maintenance (recreational amenities and grounds)
  • Trash, Recycle and Yard Waste (seasonal) Collection - Thursdays
