Master HOA Assessments include:
- Triple Play Package with Comcast (TV, Internet, Phone) *Optional Services (DVR, premium channels, additional equipment, etc.) extra fees with individual unit residents*
- Snow Removal of common area roadways and parking lots (not driveways or private property sidewalks)
- Common Area Maintenance (recreational amenities and grounds)
- Trash, Recycle and Yard Waste (seasonal) Collection (Thursdays)
