Policies and Procedures
Those desiring to advertise or have an article considered in The Heritage Horn are asked to contact the Editor at TheHorn@HeritageHunt.net.
There are two types of advertising available: classified (text only) and display (framed graphic and text).
All submissions (article and advertising) and payments are due the 10th of the prior month (i.e. an ad for the June issue needs to be submitted by May 10). Submissions should be e-mailed in one of the following formats: PDF, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, In Design or as Word document. Display ads need to be print ready with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. When submitting please include the following: desired issues for inclusion, point of contact, contact phone number, mailing address and/or desired billing address.
Submission is not a guarantee for inclusion. Placement of articles and advertising is at the discretion of the Editor/Publisher. The Heritage Hunt Homeowners' Association does NOT endorse any of the submitted ads. We strive to maintain a balance of community interest pieces with advertising. For availability please contact the Editor at TheHorn@HeritageHunt.net.
