Login Instructions

Username:

  • Primary member - your username is your Member ID number (add leading 0's to make it 5 or 6 digits) with "-000" afterwards.  (Example, if your member number is 01234, your username is 01234-000) including any leading zero(s).
  • Spouse - your username is your Member ID number with -001 afterwards. (Example, if your member number is 01234, your username is 01234-001) including any leading zero(s). 

Password: Your last name (lower case) is your password, unless changed.

After logging in, you will be prompted to change your password to something more secure.  You will also have the option to change your username.
