Heritage Hunt is a full service venue for both social gatherings and corporate events, and includes professional event coordination! Our experienced and dedicated team will work with you on all of the details for your big day or special gathering so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding or event along with your family and friends. Heritage Hunt offers favor and place card placement, wedding party introduction lineup and formal exit coordination. In addition, Heritage Hunt offers separate rooms for the bridal party to get ready in.
The 28,000 square-foot clubhouse is designed to emulate the grand Colonial-style of a Virginia plantation. The Clubhouse layout is open with views extending in many directions - through the lounge with its beamed ceiling into the 120-seat restaurant and out to the garden or through a series of arches framing the hallway. Beyond the grand entrance hallway are large covered decks and balustrade railing, providing a comfortable resting place over the lush putting green with views of the Bull Run Mountains. The lower lounge is reached by the grand staircase that gently curves to the floor below.

The Great Oak Ballroom was recently renovated in 2019 and is beautifully appointed with a deep-coffered ceiling and custom moldings throughout. The Great Oak Ballroom easily accommodates your wedding of 100 guests as well as larger banquets of up to 330 participants. Designed for almost any use, the ballroom features a large built-in wood dance floor and a raised stage with lighting and integrated sound system.
Another more intimate event venue on the property is the Marsh Mansion. At approximately 8,000 square feet, the mansion is decorated and furnished in the elegant Virginian style. Located adjacent to the 10th tee, this graciously restored home offers guests a private garden, lawn as well as indoor spaces for private dining and ceremonies. The Marsh Mansion makes the ideal location for your rustic or vintage themed wedding.
